Introduction India has one of the largest youth populations in the world, yet a significant portion of rural youth remains unemployed or underemployed due to lack of skills, training, and access to opportunities. This proposal presents a comprehensive initiative to equip rural youth with industry■relevant skills and connect them with sustainable employment opportunities. The Rural Youth Skill Development & Employment Initiative aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by providing structured vocational training, career guidance, and job placement support.
