GrantsForGlobal is an early-stage company on a mission to make grant funding easier to find for nonprofits, startups, researchers, and community organizations around the world. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") form a contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and GrantsForGlobal ("we," "us," or "our"), and they govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experience, grant database, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, browsing our grant database, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement. If you're signing up on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Services.

4.1 GrantsForGlobal provides a grant intelligence platform that includes:
• A searchable database of grants and funding opportunities from around the world
• Advanced search and filtering by location, funding amount, deadline, and category
• A resource library of sample proposals, e-books, guides, articles, and donor profiles
• A personalized dashboard with match scoring, saved grants, and activity stats
• Notifications and custom alerts for deadlines and new opportunities matching your focus areas
• A support center for tickets and account assistance

4.2 Free vs. Premium: Registering for a Free Account gives you access to the content available on the Free Account Dashboard. Full access to the grant database, advanced filters, resource library, personalized dashboard, and notifications requires an active Premium Membership.

4.3 No Guarantees: We are not a grant-making body, government agency, or funder. We do not guarantee that you will be matched with, shortlisted for, or awarded any grant. All information is provided for informational purposes — always confirm details with the official funding source before applying.

5.1 Account Creation: To access certain features, you'll need to register using accurate, up-to-date information such as your name, email, phone number, organization, and country.
5.2 Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
5.3 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account. If you're registering on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to do so.
5.4 Suspension & Termination: We may suspend or close accounts that violate this Agreement, misuse the Platform, or remain inactive for an extended period.

7.1 Our Content: Everything on the Platform — including our grant database, design, logos, articles, templates, and other Content (excluding User Content) — belongs to GrantsForGlobal or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
7.2 License to You: We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your own grant-seeking activities.
7.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, scrape, resell, sublicense, or create derivative products from our Content or database without our written permission. This helps us keep building and maintaining a database that's useful for everyone.

To keep GrantsForGlobal useful and fair for everyone, you agree not to:
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from our grant database
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the Platform
• Misrepresent your affiliation with us or with any funder or grant-making organization
• Use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes
• Upload viruses, malware, or anything designed to disrupt the Platform
• Attempt to bypass account, payment, or access restrictions
• Resell or redistribute our Content or database access without permission

10.1 "As Is": The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." As a growing company, we're constantly improving the Platform, but we can't promise it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly up to date.
10.2 No Funding Guarantee: We don't guarantee the accuracy of every grant listing, your eligibility for any grant, or that you'll receive funding. Always verify details directly with the funder.
10.3 Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, GrantsForGlobal's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10.4 Indemnification: You agree to cover any reasonable losses we incur as a result of your misuse of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

12.1 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
12.2 Dispute Resolution: We'll always try to resolve issues directly — if you have a concern, contact us first at grantsforglobal@gmail.com. Disputes that can't be resolved this way will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
12.3 Changes to this Agreement: As GrantsForGlobal grows, we may update this Agreement to reflect new features, legal requirements, or business changes. We'll update the "Effective Date" above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or through the Platform.
12.4 Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.
12.5 Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
12.6 Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and GrantsForGlobal regarding the Services.
